The Appeals and Litigation Directorate, is responsible for the litigation management of individuals who seek to challenge decisions made by the Secretary of State of the Home Department (SSHD) in relation to immigration matters. .

The Litigation Caseworker is a key role, the post holder has the opportunity to work collaboratively with other parts of the business to ensure that decisions can be robustly defended and/or efficiently settled. It offers the opportunity to add valuable experience to your CV.
