Flexible working

Innovate UK has a mixture of Swindon Based and Field Working (Home Based) roles. Swindon based roles may require UK travel from time to time. Field Working roles require regular UK travel. There is also a hot desk facility in London.

Annual Leave

We will offer 30 days paid leave to all employees, plus statutory holidays.

Pension

In common with many other Executive NDPBs, all Innovate UK staff will be offered membership of the defined benefit pension PCSPS by analogy, in this case through existing Research Council Pension Scheme arrangements (jsspensions.org.uk)

Cycle to work  

We offer the opportunity for tax savings on the purchase of a bicycle, in line with the Cycle to Work Scheme.
